1. Scope & Relationship to Client MSAs

These Terms govern general access to our public digital properties, interactive tools, calculators, whitepapers, and inquiry channels.

Relationship to Master Services Agreements (MSAs): Custom software engineering services, dedicated developer pods, cloud migrations, SLA commitments, payment schedules, and project-specific intellectual property assignments are governed by specific, executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) signed separately between Viraat Systems and client organizations. In the event of any conflict between these public website Terms and an executed MSA, the terms of the signed MSA shall supersede.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

A. Website Content & Brand Assets

All website software code, UX/UI designs, visual graphics, trademarks, logos, brand assets, technical articles, and documentation hosted on www.viraatsystems.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Viraat Systems and protected by international copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights laws. Unauthorised copying, scraping, framing, or republication is strictly prohibited.

B. Client Custom Software Code Ownership

For custom engineering engagements, 100% of custom source code, documentation, schema files, and intellectual property rights developed specifically for a client are assigned to the client upon full receipt of contractual payments as stipulated in the relevant SOW.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct Policy

When accessing our website, interactive tools, or communication channels, you agree not to:

• Engage in unauthorized web scraping, data mining, or automated data extraction without explicit written authorization.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or probe security vulnerabilities of our web applications or infrastructure.

Any technical specifications, codebase access, or business strategy documents shared during pre-sales technical discovery are handled under strict confidentiality protocol. We routinely execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to detailed code audits or architecture sessions.

This website, its content, and public tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
